The office is located at 5975 Shiloh Road, Suite 114, in the Shiloh Suites across from the Amazon distribution center. To get the office, exit McFarland Parkway East (exit 12) off of I-400. Upon arrival, please park in guest parking, or any unmarked available parking spaces. At the front door of the suites, there is a call box to the left. Search for "Greene Neurological and Medical Consulting" on the call box, and once found, press call for entry. Once you have been allowed entry into the building, please have a seat in the lobby, and someone will come and escort you to the office.
